Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.
Separately, Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote: 'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America . Fair enough. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation. White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to. This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known. Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American. Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the ' 60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream. Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks -- with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas -- to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks. We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude?? Barack talks about new 'ladders of opportunity' for blacks. Let him go to Altoona ? And Johnstown , and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for 'deserving ' white kids.? Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America ? Is it really white America 's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent? Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself? As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time? Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse? We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena . And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing. Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago.This needs to be passed around because, this is a message everyone needs to hear!!!

Kidnapping, Torture Now Coming To A Neighborhood Near You…Mexican Drug Cartels Now In The U.S.

In December 2008, U.S. citizen, security expert, and hostage negotiator Felix Batista was kidnapped in Saltillo, in the state of Coahuila, Mexico, as he stood outside a local restaurant. Batista, who works for Houston-based ASI Global, has negotiated the release of hostages being held by Columbian terrorists. He has also been instrumental in gaining the safe return of many kidnap victims in Mexico.
Law enforcement officials on both sides of the border believe that the brutal enforcers known as the Zetas, working for the Gulf Cartel abducted Batista in a display of their power, and as an act of retaliation for the help which Batista has provided to Mexican law enforcement.
At the time of his abduction, Batista was in Mexico conducting security seminars for state police officers.
For the last few years, the U.S. State Department has annually renewed their travel advisory on Mexico, warning American tourists of the rampant kidnappings and murders, now crippling that country.
Travel warnings on Mexico are nothing new, and most Americans are aware that they may very well be targeted by organized crime while traveling in that country. However, what those same Americans may not know is that many of those same criminals are now moving north and abducting U.S. citizens right in their own homes.
In November 2008, three Mexican gang members disguised as police officers burst into a Las Vegas home, hogtied a woman and her boyfriend, and kidnapped the woman´s 6 year old son Cole Puffinburger.
Apparently, the boy´s grandfather Fred Tinnenmeyer, owed the cartel several thousand dollars. The little boy was released three days later.
Shortly after the kidnapping, Tinnenmeyer was arrested by federal authorities. The kidnappers are still at large.
In August 2008, Reuters reported on an American businesswoman identified only as "Veronica," who had been kidnapped a few months earlier. As she was exiting her car in California, two men forced her into the passenger seat at gunpoint, then shoved her teenage daughter into the back seat and took the pair to Mexico.
The kidnappers drove through the border checkpoint in San Diego, bringing the mother and daughter to Tijuana. The two were held captive for a month until their family paid the ransom of $100,000.
Veronica said of her experience: "We got an automatic green light to go through Mexican customs and then we were blindfolded and taken to a house in Tijuana. They held a pistol to my stomach all the time we were in the car."
Mexican intelligence officials claim that Veronica is only one of about 30 Americans abducted in southern California and taken to Tijuana since last November.
Mexican officials have been aware of the growing number U.S. abductions for some time. Baja California State Attorney General Rommel Moreno recently told Reuters news agency: "Transnational kidnappings are a new way of operating for these criminal groups, mainly in California, and so we are seeking collaboration with the United States."
In 2007, a chilling incident took place in Pearsall, Texas, just outside of San Antonio. A tow-truck driver was kidnapped and taken back to Mexico by enforcers working for drug traffickers.
Apparently, the traffickers were angry at the loss of drug proceeds they had hidden away in a spare tire of a car which had been towed from an accident on Interstate 35, the main road from San Antonio to the city of Laredo.
In April 2008, a federal grand jury indicted the five assailants for the kidnapping.
Prosecutors claim that the men were offered $15,000 to bring the tow-truck driver to Mexico. They lured the driver to Frio County Regional Park in Pearsall after phoning in a fake request for a tow, they then abducted and brought him across the border to Piedras Negras. The indictment describes the driver being "tortured and interrogated about the missing spare tire" for a week.
The driver´s boss was phoned by the kidnappers and told that if he did not return their money, that they would "cut the head off of the driver."
In 2002, members of Mexico´s Arellano Felix crime organization set up shop in the San Diego area, and began a kidnapping and extortion operation. Fearing reprisals, their victims failed to report the incidents to police, and went undetected for years. During that time, the gang used their profits to purchase weapons, police uniforms, badges, even police lights for their vehicles.
In 2007, Los Palillos were finally busted by local and federal law enforcement.

Police claim that the group, known as Los Palillos (the Toothpicks), murdered at least a dozen people, committed 20 kidnappings and transported huge amounts of methamphetamine to Kansas City, Mo., to help finance their organization´s ongoing war with the Tijuana Cartel in Tijuana, all of course, from San Diego County.
In August 2008, the FBI´s San Diego field office admitted that they were currently investigating the kidnapping of 16 U.S. residents who were held in Tijuana between October 2007 and May 2008, including many of whom were abducted in San Diego.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, as of mid November, there had been 266 kidnappings and 300 home invasions during 2008. However, police estimate the actual numbers to be closer to three times as high as the reported figures. Many victims fail to report such crimes, out of fear from further retribution from the notoriously violent cartels.
Phoenix Police Lt. Lori Burgett told CBS News: "It wasn´t uncommon to have a new kidnapping case coming into our offices on a daily basis."
On April 11, 2008, the U.S. Justice Department´s National Drug Intelligence Center released a situation report, illustrating just how widespread the activities of Mexican drug cartels have become throughout the U.S.
The sobering assessment read: "Mexican DTO´s (Drug Trafficking Organizations) are the most pervasive organizational threat to the United States. They are active in every region of the country and dominate the illicit drug trade in every area except the Northeast. Mexican DTO´s are expanding their operations in the Northeast and have developed cooperative relationships with DTO´s in that area in order to gain a larger share of the Northeastern drug market."
According to the report, Mexican drug traffickers are now operating in 195 U.S. cities. In 129 of those cities, law enforcement has determined that those traffickers are directly affiliated with one or more of the four major Mexican drug cartels.
The Justice Department has identified 82 U.S. cities with trafficking operations directed by the Federation Cartel; 43 cities with operations being directed by the Gulf Coast Cartel; 44 cities with operations being directed by the Juarez Cartel; and finally, operations in 20 cities under the control of the Tijuana Cartel.
What follows is a small sampling of the American cities in the report, and the identified cartels operating within those cities:

Incidentally, the Justice Department report listed a total of 30 cities in Texas where cartel operations have been identified.
If the U.S. federal government does not soon take seriously, this threat from the drug cartels, it will not be 195 of our cities in which they operate, it will be all of them. If these criminal organizations are largely ignored, as they continue to exploit a largely unprotected border, kidnappings and gunfights will become a sad fact of life for every community in this country.
Swift and harsh action must be taken immediately against the drug cartels of Mexico, or life in both nations will become permanently untenable.

Mexican DTO´s are expanding their operations in the Northeast and have developed cooperative relationships with DTO´s in that area in order to gain a larger share of the Northeastern drug market."
According to the report, Mexican drug traffickers are now operating in 195 U.S. cities. In 129 of those cities, law enforcement has determined that those traffickers are directly affiliated with one or more of the four major Mexican drug cartels.
The Justice Department has identified 82 U.S. cities with trafficking operations directed by the Federation Cartel; 43 cities with operations being directed by the Gulf Coast Cartel; 44 cities with operations being directed by the Juarez Cartel; and finally, operations in 20 cities under the control of the Tijuana Cartel.

Incidentally, the Justice Department report listed a total of 30 cities in Texas where cartel operations have been identified.
If the U.S. federal government does not soon take seriously, this threat from the drug cartels, it will not be 195 of our cities in which they operate, it will be all of them. If these criminal organizations are largely ignored, as they continue to exploit a largely unprotected border, kidnappings and gunfights will become a sad fact of life for every community in this country.
Swift and harsh action must be taken immediately against the drug cartels of Mexico, or life in both nations will become permanently untenable.

Obama named US Constitution Hall of Shame Man of the Year
Barack Obama is named the US Constitution Hall of Shame Man of the Year for obvious reasons. Obama, whose father was a Kenyan citizen and under British rule, and therefore not a natural born citizen and not eligible to be president, has worked all of the 2008 election year to steal the presidency. What is even more scary, is that Obama was probably born in Kenya, not a US citizen at all and therefore an illegal alien.
Barack Obama has thumbed his nose at the US Constitution, rule of law and American people. His arrogance and “me me me” attitude is a product of the “government owes me” mentality and Chicago crime and corruption that engenders a position of being above the law. Obama has looked down upon the US Constitution despite taking an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”
Obama’s disregard for the rule of law goes back for many years to strong ties to crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois involving such corruption figures as Rezko, Levine, Blagojevich and many others and continues as he attempts to avoid proving he is eligible to be president. Here are some prominent examples of Obama’s flagrant disregard for the US Constitution and Rule of law.

Politically active Barack Obama supporters in Michigan have tried to silence criticism of the president-elect on a talk program at a community radio station by cutting its air time, the program host says.
Officials with radio station WRHC told WND the dispute involved talk show host Martin Dzuris' coverage of local issues as well as national issues.
But Dzuris explained in a lengthy interview with WND he attended at least one meeting where radio station officials discussed specifically how to reduce Dzuris' criticism of Obama, which has linked Obama's statements taken directly from his speeches to Marxism.
Dzuris said one issue raised was Obama's demand in a Colorado Springs speech for a Civilian National Security Force, an issue on which WND has reported.
In that speech, Obama insisted the U.S. "cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set" and needs a "civilian national security force."

Dzuris, who spent the first half of his life under communist rule in Czechoslovakia, told WND, that concept isn't new at all.
"We called them the 'peoples' militia,' (in Czechoslovakia)" he told WND.
He said he's reviewed Obama's speeches in light of his upbringing under a Marxist-type government, and discussed those issues on his program.
"I'm just trying to bring to light what he's said," Dzuris told WND. "I'm just taking what he says, his influences, background…," he said. "I lived all those things." He said he was born in Czechslovakia and defected in 1989.
Radio station administrator Kim Pruitt confirmed that a number of individuals within the board structure of the 100-watt community station are active campaigners for Obama. But she said a recent decision that sparked Dzuris' outrage to cut his show from two hours to one hour wasn't made on that basis.
She said Dzuris show had been extended from one hour to two months ago in order to allow time for discussion of "local events." She said, however, Dzuris didn't fill the additional time with local issues.
"The situation was he actually was not spending very much time on the local events and he was spending time on the national events. Elections were of interest to him," she said.
So a decision was made by a programming committee to reduce the program time, she said.
Dzuris appealed to the full board of directors for the station, which included some members of the programming committee, and ultimately they compromised and restored another 30 minutes of his program time, Pruitt confirmed, even though there are those in the station's coverage area who would "like to see him off the air."
WND e-mails and telephone messages for the chief of the station's board, as well as Obama's transition team, did not generate a response.
One board member, Dave Repetto, was contacted by WND but declined to discuss the issue. He referred WND to coverage in the area Three Oaks and New Buffalo newspapers.
In the New Buffalo Harbor Country News, Dzuris said, "I was told to tighten up my show, but no help or suggestions were given to me about how to do this, and I feel the real reason my time on the air is being reduced is because of my political views that differ with many people on the board of directors and programming committee."
Former station program director Linas Johansonas agreed.
"This issue is about content," Johansonas told station committee members, according to the News. "I've had board members tell me that they hate Martin's guts. This decision is political, and I hope you can get past that and see the good Martin does in the community."
Dzuris confirmed to WND he attended a program committee meeting where members vocally expressed their opposition to the program's political position including its criticism of Obama.
But fellow program host Dennis Snow said that wasn't an issue.
"If you want to call Obama a communist on the air, you have a right to do that, and I'll defend to the death your right to do that, even though I don't agree with that," Snow said in the News report. "I know you feel we're all a bunch of liberals here, and that we're ganging up on you by reducing your time on the air, but that's not true. I just really feel your show would be better if it was one hour instead of two hours, that's all."
Dzuris said the move to reduce his show time came after Obama volunteers, including some from the station, concluded a round of several thousand telephone calls in the region trying to generate support for the Democrat.
People would respond that they weren't voting for Obama and then reveal they got information about Obama's links to unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers, his Saul Alinsky influences and other factors, from Dzuris' program.
"On the programming committee, there are people, one that presented the motion, the other seconded the motion to cut my show … many of them were involved as volunteers in our local Obamam campaign," Dzuris told WND.
"They've been after my show. Now it came to a head," he said.
Many questions about Obama's stated plans for a National Civilian Security Force that is at least as powerful and well-funded as the U.S. military remain unanswered.
But Obama's new chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, has said there will be a mandatory "force" for Americans.
"If you're worried about, are you going to have to do 50 jumping jacks, the answer is yes," Emanuel told a reporter who was podcasting for the New York Daily News.
WND also reported when the official website for Obama, Change.gov, announced he would "require" all middle school through college students to participate in community service programs.
That proposal, however, was changed suddenly after a flurry of blogs protested children being drafted into Obama's proposal. The new wording reads, "President-Elect Obama will expand national service programs like AmeriCorps and Peace Corps and will create a new Classroom Corps to help teachers in under served schools, as well as a new Health Corps, Clean Energy Corps, and Veterans Corps.
WND also previously reported on a video of a marching squad of Obama youth.
The apparent censorship also raised questions about the so-called "Fairness Doctrine," which, if re-adopted in Congress, could be used to severely limit conservative talk radio in the United States.
If would require broadcasts over the public airwaves to give equal time to opposing political views. For talk radio, which boomed after the law's repeal in 1987 by building an audience devoted to conservative talk, the law's return would decimate the industry's marketability.
Many fear the "Fairness Doctrine" would drive talk radio hosts – like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Michael Savage – out of business.
As WND reported, ATI-News President Brad O'Leary examined Obama's legal and organizational attempts to silence media detractors during the presidential race and found, "Obama has shown a stunning lack of tolerance for free speech throughout the course of this campaign."
Obama's presidency, he said, could "allow the Democrats to snuff out any broadcasters with whom they disagree."

"This issue is about content," Johansonas told station committee members, according to the News. "I've had board members tell me that they hate Martin's guts. This decision is political, and I hope you can get past that and see the good Martin does in the community."
Dzuris confirmed to WND he attended a program committee meeting where members vocally expressed their opposition to the program's political position including its criticism of Obama.
But fellow program host Dennis Snow said that wasn't an issue.
"If you want to call Obama a communist on the air, you have a right to do that, and I'll defend to the death your right to do that, even though I don't agree with that," Snow said in the News report. "I know you feel we're all a bunch of liberals here, and that we're ganging up on you by reducing your time on the air, but that's not true. I just really feel your show would be better if it was one hour instead of two hours, that's all."
Dzuris said the move to reduce his show time came after Obama volunteers, including some from the station, concluded a round of several thousand telephone calls in the region trying to generate support for the Democrat.
People would respond that they weren't voting for Obama and then reveal they got information about Obama's links to unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers, his Saul Alinsky influences and other factors, from Dzuris' program.
"On the programming committee, there are people, one that presented the motion, the other seconded the motion to cut my show … many of them were involved as volunteers in our local Obamam campaign," Dzuris told WND.
"They've been after my show. Now it came to a head," he said.
Many questions about Obama's stated plans for a National Civilian Security Force that is at least as powerful and well-funded as the U.S. military remain unanswered.
But Obama's new chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, has said there will be a mandatory "force" for Americans.
"If you're worried about, are you going to have to do 50 jumping jacks, the answer is yes," Emanuel told a reporter who was podcasting for the New York Daily News.
WND also reported when the official website for Obama, Change.gov, announced he would "require" all middle school through college students to participate in community service programs.
That proposal, however, was changed suddenly after a flurry of blogs protested children being drafted into Obama's proposal. The new wording reads, "President-Elect Obama will expand national service programs like AmeriCorps and Peace Corps and will create a new Classroom Corps to help teachers in under served schools, as well as a new Health Corps, Clean Energy Corps, and Veterans Corps.
WND also previously reported on a video of a marching squad of Obama youth.
The apparent censorship also raised questions about the so-called "Fairness Doctrine," which, if re-adopted in Congress, could be used to severely limit conservative talk radio in the United States.
If would require broadcasts over the public airwaves to give equal time to opposing political views. For talk radio, which boomed after the law's repeal in 1987 by building an audience devoted to conservative talk, the law's return would decimate the industry's marketability.
Many fear the "Fairness Doctrine" would drive talk radio hosts – like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Michael Savage – out of business.
As WND reported, ATI-News President Brad O'Leary examined Obama's legal and organizational attempts to silence media detractors during the presidential race and found, "Obama has shown a stunning lack of tolerance for free speech throughout the course of this campaign."
Obama's presidency, he said, could "allow the Democrats to snuff out any broadcasters with whom they disagree."

The United States will import another 140,000 foreign workers this month despite worsening jobless numbers. Initial jobless claims were at 586,000 last week, which is 30,000 more than the prior week's claims. The number was the highest since November 1982, and the four-week moving claims average is also at its highest level since 1982. The nation’s counterproductive immigration policies make the situation even harder to fix.
With the new numbers, job losses for the year are expected to exceed two million. In anticipation of these numbers, President-elect Barack Obama expanded his economic stimulus plan last week to call for the creation of three million jobs.
Since the start of 2008, the weekly initial claims level has increased by more than 200,000.
