After the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, illegal aliens flocked to New Orleans from other U.S. cities to find work – but three years after the storm, the most violent city in America is festering with crime while schools are overcrowded and immigrant births are ballooning.
The New Orleans Economic Development office estimates the city's Hispanic population has more than tripled since Hurricane Katrina devastated the city. It has risen from 15,000, or 3.3 percent of pre-Katrina residents, to 50,000, or 15 percent of today's population.
Tulane University and the University of California, Berkeley, released a 2006 study revealing that almost half of the city's construction labor force was Hispanic. At least 54 percent were found to be illegal aliens, and 90 percent had lived elsewhere in the U.S. before migrating to New Orleans.
As WND reported earlier, News reports indicate a flood of illegal aliens is moving South from states such as Arizona and Oklahoma – where immigration crackdowns have made life more difficult for them, and the slow housing market has made jobs scarce. In New Orleans, families are multiplying faster than hospitals and schools can accommodate them.
Overcrowded hospitals and schools
The Associated Press interviewed Kevin Work, a doctor who opened new prenatal offices and hired bilingual employees so he could make a living delivering New Orleans' Hispanic babies.
He performs "thirty to forty deliveries a month," he said.
Work told the AP he has helped illegal alien mothers give birth to at least 1,000 babies since the storm hit in August 2005. He said he provides payment plans to help the families afford the births, or they are covered by government programs such as Medicaid.
In 2004, Emergency Medicaid cost taxpayers $1.7 million in Metro New Orleans, according to the report. Now the government program covers five times as many people, and the cost is more than 4.5 times what it used to be – at $7.8 million.
Likewise, schools are having trouble keeping up.
Director Melinda Martinez of a Esperanza Charter School, a taxpayer-funded English-immersion institution in New Orleans, told the AP her elementary school doesn't ask about immigration status.
In May, Esperanza Charter School teacher Judy Flores told Louisiana's WWLTV she would never inquire about whether her students were legal.
"If I knew, I wouldn't tell you," Flores said. "Whether you agree or disagree, politics and that situation is outside of what our job is; our job is to make sure our students learn and feel safe in our environments."
A full 60 percent of Esperanza students are Latino, while 30 percent are black and 10 percent are white. Each class has extensive waiting lists.
Margie McHugh, co-director of immigration integration policy at the Migration Policy Institute, told the Associated Press, "There's no place in the world like New Orleans in terms of how rapid the population change has been."

Soaring crime statistics
Meanwhile, the city's streets have reportedly become some of the most dangerous places in the nation. A study conducted by Congressional Quarterly recently labeled New Orleans the most violent city in the U.S. Likewise, Foreign Policylisted it as third among its top five "murder capitals" of the world – behind only Caracas, Venezuela and Cape Town, South Africa.
Though many studies have not linked New Orleans' crime surge to any specific cause, Foreign Policy attributes the city's high murder rate to "grinding poverty, an inadequate school system, a prevalence of public housing and a high incarceration rate." While New Orleans has always had high crime rates, there were 19,000 reported crimes and 208 murders in 2007 – up from the 134 homicides reported just before the storm. According to FBI crime stats, forcible rape and robberies were up substantially in 2007 as well.
Even during the city's legendary Mardi Gras celebration this year, four people were murdered and a dozen were wounded by gunshots, according to EMS Responder. Foreign Policy reports there has also been a surge of drug-related violence since Hurricane Katrina.
"Since the hurricane struck in 2005, drug dealers have been fighting over a smaller group of users, leading to many killings," it states."On just one four-block stretch of Josephine Street, in the city center, four people were murdered in 2007 and 15 people shot, including a double homicide on Christmas day. A precise murder rate is hard to pinpoint because the population is swelling quickly, approaching its pre-Katrina numbers. Whether you use New Orleans's own figures or the FBI's, however, the city remains the most deadly in the United States, easily surpassing Detroit and Baltimore with 46 and 45 murders per 100,000 people, respectively."
The New Orleans Times-Picayune tracks and maps the city's homicides. The 2008 map shows too many murder victims to count – most of the victims were shot to death.
Jose Campos, 37, from El Salvador, works in New Orleans and regularly wires money home. He told the Associated Press it is a rough place.
"Life is hard here, harder than any place I've been in the U.S.," he said. "It's a dangerous place, a bad place. But when you can find work, it's all worth it."

I am a student of history. Professionally. I have written 15 books in six languages, and have studied it all my life. I think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is just a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes these exist, but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus.Something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like, and how people react to it. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about ten - fifteen years. The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two.We demand and then codify into law the requirement that our banks make massive loans to people we know they can never pay back? Why?We learn just days ago that the Federal Reserve, which has little or no real oversight by anyone, has "loaned" two trillion dollars (that is $2,000,000,000,000) over the past few months, but will not tell us to whom or why or disclose the terms. That is our money. Yours and mine. And that is three times the 700B we all argued about so strenuously just this past September. Who has this money? Why do they have it? Why are the terms unavailable to us? Who asked for it? Who authorized it? I thought this was a government of "we the people," who loaned our powers to our elected leaders. Apparently not.We have spent two or more decades intentionally de-industrializing our economy. Why?We have intentionally dumbed down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why we are worth preserving. Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, school boards continue to back mediocrity. Why?

Cover Letter Request to refile Petition Lightfoot v Bowen with Chief Justice John Roberts
Dear Justice Roberts,
This is an open cover letter and it is being posted on the Internet, you-tube and will be read on a number of radio stations, particularly radio stations around military bases, forwarded to Congress, Senate, Governors of the States and mass media. This legal action, as 20 other actions filed in the past few months is seeking Judicial intervention due to the fact that Mr. Barack Obama, whose father was a Kenyan- British citizen, is not a Natural Born Citizen and is not eligible to be the President of this country. It also states, that Mr. Obama did not prove his citizenship at all, since the state of Hawaii allows issuance of Hawaiian Birth certificates to foreign born children of Hawaiian residents and there is mounting evidence that Mr. Obama was not born in Hawaii, whereby he will not be a citizen at all. The Plaintiffs in this action are a vice-presidential candidate on the ballot, electors and voters. Majority of the plaintiffs have served years of their lives in the US military and risked their lives, pursuant to their oath to defend the Constitution of this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic. The plaintiffs and other members of the US military are deeply concerned about the fact that none of the cases related to Mr. Obama’s lack of eligibility was heard on the merits.
The plaintiffs are also concerned about the following: You have recorded a program “Conversations with Chief Justice Roberts”. Numerous high schools students were flown in to DC and participated in discussion about the Constitution, law and the Supreme Court with you. This program was fully funded by the Annenberg foundation, is it clearly states on the video released, and it appears that as a Chief Justice of the Supreme court you consider Annenberg to be a reputable organization, supporting the Constitution and you support their efforts. The problem with it, is that Annenberg has been employing on their Annenberg Challenge board William Ayers, a non-repentant terrorist that participated in bombing of police headquarters in 1970, Capitol building in 1971 and Pentagon in 1972. As late as 2001, Mr. Ayers stated in NY times interview: “I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel I didn’t do enough”. From 1995 the chairman of Annenberg Challenge was none else, but Mr. Barack Obama. Annenberg has created an offshoot, called Factcheck.org, Annenberg political Fact check that was supposed to provide unbiased fact check. In reality Annenberg fact check has actively and intentionally defrauded American public in letting them to believe that Mr. Obama is a Natural born citizen and eligible for US presidency. 1. Definition of Law of Nations (Emmerich De Vattel), stating that natural born citizen is one that is born in the country to parents, that are citizens. They omitted statement by John A Bingham, framer of the 14th amendment, stating that a natural born citizen is one that was born in the US territory to parents that don’t owe alliance to any other sovereignty. Due to the fact that Mr. Obama’s father was not a US citizen and owed allegiance to Kenya and Great Britain, Mr. Obama did not qualify as a natural born citizen and does not qualify for presidency.
2. Fact check intentionally omitted Hawaii statue 338, that allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residence to obtain a Hawaiian certification of live birth
3. It omitted the fact that such certification can be obtained based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence.
4. It omitted the fact that there was no corroborating evidence of Mr. Obama's birth from any hospital, nurse or hospital administrator from Hawaii , while there were numerous statements from Mr. Obama's Kenyan grandmother, Baptist Bishop and ambassador of Kenya about Mr. Obama being born there. If that is the case, Mr. Obama is not a US citizen and will need to go back to Kenya to wait for his Green Card.
As of now American public has only information from Annenberg, a political organization, some of whose members have very questionable moral qualities (to say the least).
My clients, as well as 300 million American, including thousands of members of the military, that are asked to give their lives to defend the Constitution of this country, would like to know, if the Supreme Court Justices, particularly chief Justice Roberts, (that needs to swear the President on the bible), are willing to give a few hours of their time to hear the Oral Argument in defense of this Constitution.

Mexico's drug cartels, which have slaughtered in excess of 5,300 people in Mexico this year, "are as ruthless and brutal as any terrorist organization," Arizona's Sen. John McCain told The Republic's editorial board Thursday....
The idea of Mexico descending into anarchy or narco-dictatorship is frightening enough.But U.S. domestic tranquility is also threatened. The Justice Department's National Drug Threat Assessment for 2009 calls Mexico's drug cartels "the greatest drug trafficking threat to the United States."According to the Justice Department report, cartels "maintain drug distribution networks or supply drugs to distributors in at least 230 U.S. cities."Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria and a number of Arizona border towns are on the Justice Department's map of cities reporting the presence of Mexicanels cartels.The level of violence Mexico is enduring because of drug trafficking has not yet jumped the line. But the purveyors of that violence are setting up shop in our cities. Obama and his Homeland Security designee, Janet Napolitano, need to focus intense and sustained attention on making sure the Mexican government prevails over the cartels.
It is time to renew our efforts to eliminate ALL sanctuary policies in this state: Require officials to fully enforce federal immigration laws of the United States. (And require Governor Jan Brewer to implement ALL of Proposition 200 as passed by voters: NO MORE TAXPAYER BENEFITS OF ANY KIND)
My personal background in law enforcement has given me a unique and in-touch perspective with the needs and hazards experienced by rank-and-file police officers. I am delighted to have the support of Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (P.L.E.A.), Border Patrol, Maricopa County Republican Party, Arizona State Republican Party (both passed Resolutions unanimously in support), Sheriff Joe, County Attorney Andrew Thomas, Hispanic groups, PAChyderm Coalition, Arizona Republican Assembly, other Patriotic groups and according to the polls over 75% of Arizona Citizens.
Like me, PLEA understands the danger of ignoring illegal immigration. The burden of blind-eye police department policies and open-border philosophies were paid for with the lives of not only PLEA members, but other law enforcement personnel throughout our state. The danger clearly spread beyond law enforcement into our communities with more lives being lost. The quality of life in our state is being sacrificed for political correctness.
WE stand together in support of safer neighborhoods and the rule of law.
I cannot stand by and be a spectator to the death, maiming or damage to another police officer, citizen or taxpayer by an illegal alien because we refuse to enforce our laws and fail to put America and Americans First.
Simply enforce our laws and you will see less crime, lower taxes, smaller class sizes, shorter lines in our emergency rooms and reduce deaths, murders, maimings, drugs, home invasions, car jackings, kidnappings, jobs taken from Americans, reduced wages, an ultimately save the taxpayer billions of dollars. We cannot afford to "NOT" enforce our laws. Attrition by Enforcement.
This is the “only” law we allow our elected officials to put conditions on before our police officers can do their job. The only criminals that get conditional protection from our elected and appointed officials.
Citizens have a constitutional right to expect the protection of federal laws which prohibit unauthorized activities by non-citizens and are denied equal protection by law enforcement, police departments or magistrates when they fail to enforce those laws.
I PLEDGE TO CONTINUE TO WORK TO ELIMINATE ALL SANCTUARY POLICIES IN THIS STATE, THE RESULT WILL BE LESS CRIME & LOWER TAXES.
Many of our Police Chiefs are in complete violation of their Oaths of Office while citizens and taxpayers pay the price.
As former Chief Deputy of Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, former Judge and now a lawmaker, I witnessed a day that I couldn’t imagine: Police chiefs throughout the Valley stood together and proclaimed their opposition to enforcing the law in complete Violation of their Oath of Office.
I sat ashen as I watched the news reports.
The chiefs of police, including Phoenix’s Harris, Mesa’s Gascon, stood at a Press Conference and publicly refused to enforce the law. Less than a month after the brutal murder of a police officer at the hands of an illegal alien, they snub the opportunity to make necessary changes, all for the sake of political correctness.

Police officers have the inherent authority to uphold city, state and federal law (the law is clear and the courts have codified that authority and the Constitutional authority is clear). These officers witness the harm done to innocent Arizonans on a daily basis while their superiors instruct them to ignore their oath of office. The 4 ring leaders all had been stopped by law enforcement just prior to 9/11 and all in violation of immigration law. As George Santayana reminded us: “Progress, far from consisting in change, depends on retentiveness. . . . Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
While “We the People” debate the action or lack thereof from the federal government, our cities, neighborhoods, our streets have turned into war zones. Legions of illegal alien gangs fight for the right to smuggle drugs and people. An illegal alien pulled over by police for a traffic offense has no worries about facing anything more than a small fine, many of our Chiefs prefer to wait until they kill someone of commit a serious felony. A congressional Homeland Security Committee report estimates that illegals kill over 9,000 Americans a year; annually they kill twice the number of Americans than the brave soldiers who have lost their lives in Iraq to date.
Many of these have prior contacts or arrests and still remain in the U.S. Enough is enough.
After years of witnessing the increase in crime, it is inexcusable for our Valley’s police chiefs to maintain their sanctuary policies. We can not stand by and tolerate them putting the rights of non-citizens above citizens.
Every day the cost of ignoring the border increases tax fraud, identity theft, and property crimes, a burden on Arizona residents; billions to educate, medicate and incarcerate; but the irreversible cost of violent crimes can not be endured any more.
Police chiefs in this state are more interested in putting handcuffs on their officers than illegal aliens.
Arizonans have spoken loudly and yet they refuse to listen:
In ’04 Passing Prop. 200, requiring proof of citizenship & ID at the polls to vote, and denying public benefits to illegal aliens; Nov. '06 by a 75% average citizens passed Propositions 100, denying bail to illegals who commit serious felonies; 102, denying punitive damages to illegals; 103, making English Arizona's Official Language; and 300, denying public benefits to those in our country illegally.
We also passed at the legislature the toughest Worksite Enforcement bill in the nation, "The Fair and Legal Employment Act".
I am not sure what part of "illegal" they don't understand, but finally the citizens are standing up and demanding we tackle the problem of illegal immigration. Let's take the handcuffs off from our police officers, Arizona will finally be able to give away its title as a crime capital of the United States.
By allowing our cops on the beat to do their jobs, they could be responsible for the one of the largest crime reduction programs in state history.
Those that refuse to follow their constitutional duty or live up to their oath of office should be forced to step aside and make way for honest, hard-working law enforcement officers that know their job and cost of not doing it. Your Mayor and City Council would have to do their job first.
Since that isn’t likely to happen, I hope the voters have the final say.

Mexico's drug cartels, which have slaughtered in excess of 5,300 people in Mexico this year, "are as ruthless and brutal as any terrorist organization," Arizona's Sen. John McCain told The Republic's editorial board Thursday....
The idea of Mexico descending into anarchy or narco-dictatorship is frightening enough.But U.S. domestic tranquility is also threatened. The Justice Department's National Drug Threat Assessment for 2009 calls Mexico's drug cartels "the greatest drug trafficking threat to the United States."According to the Justice Department report, cartels "maintain drug distribution networks or supply drugs to distributors in at least 230 U.S. cities."Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria and a number of Arizona border towns are on the Justice Department's map of cities reporting the presence of Mexicanels cartels.The level of violence Mexico is enduring because of drug trafficking has not yet jumped the line. But the purveyors of that violence are setting up shop in our cities. Obama and his Homeland Security designee, Janet Napolitano, need to focus intense and sustained attention on making sure the Mexican government prevails over the cartels.

William Miceli, an attorney for convicted fundraiser Tony Rezko is listed as the owner and taxpayer for Barack Obama's Chicago mansion, according to records obtained by WND.
William Miceli is a lawyer at the Chicago law firm Miner, Barnhill & Galland, which also formerly employed Obama. The controversy began when a website called News and Commentary for Thinking People published a 48-page document that lists Miceli as the owner of the Obama home at 5046 S. Greenwood. Miner, Barnhill & Galland was Obama's employer when he did extensive legal work for Rezko, who awaits sentencing after he was convicted in June of fraud, money laundering and bribery-related counts. Miceli, as a senior attorney at the firm, supervised Obama when the future president wrote letters on behalf of Rezko urging public authorities to award him new public properties to rehabilitate, notes the "Barack Book" website maintained by GOP.com.
WND asked for comment from Obama's transition team and the Democratic National Committee but did not receive a response.
Investigative reporter Tim Novak at the Chicago Sun-Times has identified 15 building projects that Rezmar, Rezko's development company, redeveloped while it was represented by Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland during Obama's time at the firm.
The law firm changed its name when senior partner Allison Davis left to join Rezko in his schemes to take out loans on low-income housing projects. Several of the transactions remain under investigation, because the millions of dollars Rezko borrowed against the properties to make redevelopments are gone, while many of the properties remain boarded up and uninhabitable. Following the Jan. 21 Democratic Party primary debate, Miceli told the Washington Post that he was Obama's supervisor at the law firm, in response to Sen. Hillary Clinton's charges Obama had worked for a Chicago slumlord, Rezko.
The Post said "Obama denied doing any legal work directly for Rezko or his companies," contending Obama had done only "about five hours worth of work" on a joint real estate development project involving Rezko and a Chicago church group.
Miceli told the Post Obama "was a very junior lawyer at the time, who was given responsibility for basic due diligence, document review." Miceli said Obama "did what he was told by the firm," minimizing the importance of any work Obama admittedly did for the Rezko account.
WND confirmed the tax bill for the Obama home is mailed to Miceli, not to Obama or the Northern Trust account through which Obama has claimed the home was purchased.
Records from the Cook County Treasurer's Office give the PIN number for the Obama property as 20-11-115-037-0000 and list Miceli as the person who receives Obama's property tax invoice by mail. Eric Herman, a spokesman for the Cook County assessor, confirmed to WND that the Treasurer's Office records were correct and that Miceli did receive the Obama property tax invoice by mail. Miceli did not return a call WND placed to him at Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Herman told WND a second PIN number, 20-11-115-036-0000, identified the vacant lot next to the Obama mansion that was purchased by Rita Rezko, Tony Rezko's wife.
Here, WND found conflicts between the tax records maintained by the Cook County Treasurer's Office and the deed information maintained by the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.

Meanwhile, WND has reported that since arresting Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has taken new interest in Rezko's involvement in the Obama mansion purchase. WND also reported real estate credit analyst Kenneth Conner has filed a civil suit alleging he was wrongfully dismissed by Mutual Bank of Harvey for objecting to what he considered a fraudulent appraisal of the vacant lot. The appraisal was submitted by the Rezkos at an intentionally high figure, he claims, permitting them to borrow an additional $125,000 that amounted to a "political payoff" to Obama.

William Miceli, an attorney for convicted fundraiser Tony Rezko is listed as the owner and taxpayer for Barack Obama's Chicago mansion, according to records obtained by WND.
William Miceli is a lawyer at the Chicago law firm Miner, Barnhill & Galland, which also formerly employed Obama. The controversy began when a website called News and Commentary for Thinking People published a 48-page document that lists Miceli as the owner of the Obama home at 5046 S. Greenwood. Miner, Barnhill & Galland was Obama's employer when he did extensive legal work for Rezko, who awaits sentencing after he was convicted in June of fraud, money laundering and bribery-related counts. Miceli, as a senior attorney at the firm, supervised Obama when the future president wrote letters on behalf of Rezko urging public authorities to award him new public properties to rehabilitate, notes the "Barack Book" website maintained by GOP.com.
WND asked for comment from Obama's transition team and the Democratic National Committee but did not receive a response.
Investigative reporter Tim Novak at the Chicago Sun-Times has identified 15 building projects that Rezmar, Rezko's development company, redeveloped while it was represented by Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland during Obama's time at the firm.
The law firm changed its name when senior partner Allison Davis left to join Rezko in his schemes to take out loans on low-income housing projects. Several of the transactions remain under investigation, because the millions of dollars Rezko borrowed against the properties to make redevelopments are gone, while many of the properties remain boarded up and uninhabitable. Following the Jan. 21 Democratic Party primary debate, Miceli told the Washington Post that he was Obama's supervisor at the law firm, in response to Sen. Hillary Clinton's charges Obama had worked for a Chicago slumlord, Rezko.
The Post said "Obama denied doing any legal work directly for Rezko or his companies," contending Obama had done only "about five hours worth of work" on a joint real estate development project involving Rezko and a Chicago church group.
Miceli told the Post Obama "was a very junior lawyer at the time, who was given responsibility for basic due diligence, document review." Miceli said Obama "did what he was told by the firm," minimizing the importance of any work Obama admittedly did for the Rezko account.
WND confirmed the tax bill for the Obama home is mailed to Miceli, not to Obama or the Northern Trust account through which Obama has claimed the home was purchased.
Records from the Cook County Treasurer's Office give the PIN number for the Obama property as 20-11-115-037-0000 and list Miceli as the person who receives Obama's property tax invoice by mail. Eric Herman, a spokesman for the Cook County assessor, confirmed to WND that the Treasurer's Office records were correct and that Miceli did receive the Obama property tax invoice by mail. Miceli did not return a call WND placed to him at Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Herman told WND a second PIN number, 20-11-115-036-0000, identified the vacant lot next to the Obama mansion that was purchased by Rita Rezko, Tony Rezko's wife.
Here, WND found conflicts between the tax records maintained by the Cook County Treasurer's Office and the deed information maintained by the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.

Initial jobless claims were at 586,000 last week, which is 30,000 more than the prior week's claims. The number was the highest since November 1982, and the four-week moving claims average is also at its highest level since 1982. The nation’s counterproductive immigration policies make the situation even harder to fix.
With the new numbers, job losses for the year are expected to exceed two million. In anticipation of these numbers, President-elect Barack Obama expanded his economic stimulus plan last week to call for the creation of three million jobs.
Since the start of 2008, the weekly initial claims level has increased by more than 200,000.

When candidate Barack Obama declared himself a "citizen of the world" before thousands of cheering German socialists, and later pledged to "rejoin the world community," those weren't just his usual platitudes about "change." Those words sounded the trumpet for his specific and far-reaching globalist agenda.
Obama plans to use his presidential power to get the Democratic-majority Senate to ratify a series of treaties that would take us a long way toward global rule over our money, our laws, our military, our courts, our customs, our trade and even our use of energy. Here are the treaties he says he wants.
The U.N. Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST), which Ronald Reagan rejected in 1982, is high on Obama's list. LOST has already created the International Seabed Authority (ISA) in Jamaica and given it total regulatory jurisdiction over all the world's oceans and all the riches on the ocean floor.
Corrupt foreign dictators dominate LOST's global bureaucracy, and the United States would have the same vote as Cuba. Likewise for LOST's International Tribunal in Hamburg, Germany, which has the power to decide all disputes.
Even worse, LOST gives the ISA the power to levy international taxes. The real purpose of the taxing power is to compel the United States to spend billions of private-enterprise dollars to mine the ocean floor and then let ISA bureaucrats transfer our wealth to socialist, anti-American nations.

Next on Obama's list is the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, which was signed by Bill Clinton but rejected by the Senate in 1999. It would prohibit all nuclear explosive testing and thereby allow our nuclear arsenal to deteriorate until the American people are defenseless against rogue regimes such as Iran and North Korea.
A new Global Warming Treaty began to be written at the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Poland in order to replace the Kyoto Agreement, which George W. Bush and our Senate refused to ratify. The new treaty would force dramatic reductions in our use of energy – i.e., our standard of living – and impose the "strong international norms" Obama seeks.
Obama is toadying to his feminist friends by pushing ratification of the U.N. Treaty on Women, known as CEDAW. It was signed by Jimmy Carter in 1980 and persistently promoted by Hillary Clinton, but the Senate has so far had the good judgment to refuse to ratify it.
This treaty would require us "to modify the social and cultural patterns of conduct of men and women," to follow U.N. dictates about "family education," to revise our textbooks to conform to feminist ideology in order to ensure "the elimination of any stereotyped concept of the roles of men and women" and to set up a federal "network of child-care facilities."
Article 16 would require us to allow women "to decide number and spacing of their children." Everyone recognizes this as feminist jargon for a U.N. obligation to allow abortion on demand.
Like all U.N. treaties, the U.N. Treaty on Women creates a monitoring commission of so-called "experts" to ensure compliance. The monitors of the Treaty on Women have already singled out Mother's Day as a stereotype that must be eliminated.
Another U.N. Treaty on the list is the U.N. Treaty on the Rights of the Child, which was signed in 1995 by Bill Clinton but wisely never ratified by our Senate. This is a pet project of the people who believe that the "village" (i.e., the government or U.N. "experts") should raise children rather than their parents.
This treaty would give children rights against their parents and society to express their own views "freely in all matters," to receive information of all kinds through "media of the child's choice," to use their "own language," and to have the right to "rest and leisure." This treaty even orders our schools to teach respect for "the Charter of the United Nations."
These Obama-endorsed treaties, every one of which would be a dramatic encroachment on U.S. sovereignty, would be supplemented by trade agreements negotiated by Obama's trade representative, Ron Kirk. He is an enthusiastic supporter of the "global economic community" (which means open borders for "free" trade), of NAFTA and even of the NAFTA Superhighway, which he calls the "true river of trade between our communities."
Kirk's work to lock us into the global economy will be bolstered by Obama's secretary of commerce, Bill Richardson, another aggressive promoter of "free" trade.
Every U.N. treaty would interfere with self-government over some aspect of our lives and would transfer significant power to foreign bureaucrats, many of whom hate and envy America. Obama's U.N. treaties are the enemy of U.S. political and social independence, and Kirk's global economic community is the enemy of good middle-class American jobs.

If you blow long enough, you will burst any bubble. If you fail to maintain your brakes, they will break down at some inopportune time. Failure to maintain personal solvency in your bank account leads to bankruptcy. When you carry a balance on your credit card, you pay far higher than the original cost of the item or service.
How do you—or a nation—arrive at a point of financial breakdown? Does arrogant entitlement and over-extension beyond one’s means resonate with today’s news headlines?
On a national level, we experience the severity of living on international credit—now come home to roost. For the past 20 years, our Congress encouraged massive outsourcing, insourcing and offshoring of American jobs. That caused us to lose our manufacturing base and facilities. Thus, today, we tolerate a $700 billion annual trade deficit. We pay China, India and other third world countries to manufacture our goods at lower prices while our middle class languishes with millions of job losses—and cannot continue buying those goods.
Few Americans realize that when you shop at such stores as Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Home Depot and Target, you slit your neighbor’s and your own financial throat.
James Howard Kunstler, author of, The Long Emergency, said, “Americans failed to recognize the essential fraudulence of the idea that this destruction was ‘creative’ and would lead to a higher good, that the end justified the means, even as they watched their towns die around them. Wal-Mart and its imitators used their wealth and muscle to set up ‘superstores’ on the cheap land outside small towns and put every other merchant out of business, often destroying most of the town’s middle class. They also destroyed the local capacity to produce goods. The public enjoyed this bonanza of ‘supercheap’ manufactured goods without reckoning any of the collateral costs, which were astronomical.”
While Congress dismantled our manufacturing and construction base, and millions of necessary jobs, Congress exacerbated our vulnerability by borrowing (selling), unknown to average citizens, $1.3 trillion in Treasury Bills from (to) China to prop up our moribund economy. On a national level, the average credit card runs a $9,240.00 balance (debt) according to NBC’s Brian Williams. Total consumer debt exceeds $2 trillion. National debt tops $10.1 trillion! Ahh, the abundance of unsubstantiated bailouts flow from a Monopoly Board checkbook!
Additionally, another $700 billion vanishes from our nation annually with the cost of imported oil. Since the oil crisis of the 1970s, this nation failed to place any kind of a fuel-conservation policy into effect. Despite President Carter’s sage warning concerning reducing oil consumption drastically, we ignored him and continued our full-blast consumption habits surpassing California wild fires! After all, Alaska oil fields opened—seemingly refuting limitations! As if to render our insolence acceptable, we continue our myth that another discovery in Alaska, Antarctica or the Gulf of Mexico will dismantle any ‘oil crisis hypotheses’.
“After all, this is America!” Paris Hilton, prominent and highly sought-after Hollywood authority, said. “Limits are unacceptable!”
The day approaches, likely 2010, supported by the Hubbert Curve analysis—when galloping population expansion collides with declining oil extraction.
Similarly, we falsified home values with escalated appraisals cradled in vacuous, lofty ideals. We allowed millions of poor borrowers without down payments or viable financial histories to purchase homes clearly outside their range.
“No problema amigo,” Wells Fargo banker said. “We can work the numbers to make the American Dream yours!”
Surprise! The real estate bubble burst! Millions of foreclosures strangled American citizens and poor migrants who lost jobs while they watched interest rates rise beyond their means.
Can you guess the next bubble to burst? What can we see exploding in our faces? What crisis long denied by our presidents and Congress zeroes-in on our civilization like a stealth missile?
Immigration-driven hyper-population growth extends its ubiquitous tentacles into every aspect of American society.
While, according to President Bush, 573,000 manufacturing jobs vanished in November, the United States imported 200,000 job- seeking immigrants from third world countries. It doesn’t end there! Our myopic Congress proposes doubling legal immigration to 2.4 million annually and giving amnesty for 20 million plus illegal migrants! Watch for that political torpedo in 2009.
U.S. Representative Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) promoted an H-1B bill to add 550,000 foreign workers.
That’s on top of another 200,000 immigrants added in December! Add another 200,000 immigrants in January, and the same, month in and month out!
Does anyone see the correlation with our financial plight? Where is the common sense of importing more bodies when our own workers stand in unemployment lines?
Now is the time for sensible decision making—as other countries must decide—regarding how many immigrants we can sustain before exploding into chaos. We accept more immigrants annually than all other countries combined!
Our natural resources suffer over-extension today! California’s accelerating water shortages, arable land loss plus overwhelming debt strangles its sustainability! California depicts and portends America’s future. From the look of things in the past two months, baby, we’re already there!
Why do we entertain inviting millions more immigrants into our country when our middle class stands in welfare lines, visits soup kitchens, floods into food banks and loses homes?
What might make a viable future achievable?
We must return to a frugality mentality. We must pay for only what we can afford. Congress, yeah, that’s you, both democrats and republicans—import only what we need if we cannot manufacture it. How about a hefty dose of conservation versus our rampant national throwaway mentality?
Our current national dilemma stems from Congress’ irresponsible actions to this point. Doesn’t it sound reasonable to change our actions toward functional and viable outcomes?
Our immigration-inflated population and extravagant resource- devouring society must return to balance. Homeostasis of our economy and demographics! Americans decry limits; however, denial of their reality will assuredly burst the balloon of our inflated civilization. Limits exist! Face them now or feel them later!

Since the oil crisis of the 1970s, this nation failed to place any kind of a fuel-conservation policy into effect. Despite President Carter’s sage warning concerning reducing oil consumption drastically, we ignored him and continued our full-blast consumption habits surpassing California wild fires! After all, Alaska oil fields opened—seemingly refuting limitations! As if to render our insolence acceptable, we continue our myth that another discovery in Alaska, Antarctica or the Gulf of Mexico will dismantle any ‘oil crisis hypotheses’.

The day approaches, likely 2010, supported by the Hubbert Curve analysis—when galloping population expansion collides with declining oil extraction.
Similarly, we falsified home values with escalated appraisals cradled in vacuous, lofty ideals. We allowed millions of poor borrowers without down payments or viable financial histories to purchase homes clearly outside their range.

Surprise! The real estate bubble burst! Millions of foreclosures strangled American citizens and poor migrants who lost jobs while they watched interest rates rise beyond their means.
Can you guess the next bubble to burst? What can we see exploding in our faces? What crisis long denied by our presidents and Congress zeroes-in on our civilization like a stealth missile?
Immigration-driven hyper-population growth extends its ubiquitous tentacles into every aspect of American society.
While, according to President Bush, 573,000 manufacturing jobs vanished in November, the United States imported 200,000 job- seeking immigrants from third world countries. It doesn’t end there! Our myopic Congress proposes doubling legal immigration to 2.4 million annually and giving amnesty for 20 million plus illegal migrants! Watch for that political torpedo in 2009.
U.S. Representative Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) promoted an H-1B bill to add 550,000 foreign workers.
That’s on top of another 200,000 immigrants added in December! Add another 200,000 immigrants in January, and the same, month in and month out!
Does anyone see the correlation with our financial plight? Where is the common sense of importing more bodies when our own workers stand in unemployment lines?
Now is the time for sensible decision making—as other countries must decide—regarding how many immigrants we can sustain before exploding into chaos. We accept more immigrants annually than all other countries combined!
Our natural resources suffer over-extension today! California’s accelerating water shortages, arable land loss plus overwhelming debt strangles its sustainability! California depicts and portends America’s future. From the look of things in the past two months, baby, we’re already there!
Why do we entertain inviting millions more immigrants into our country when our middle class stands in welfare lines, visits soup kitchens, floods into food banks and loses homes?
What might make a viable future achievable?
We must return to a frugality mentality. We must pay for only what we can afford. Congress, yeah, that’s you, both democrats and republicans—import only what we need if we cannot manufacture it. How about a hefty dose of conservation versus our rampant national throwaway mentality?
Our current national dilemma stems from Congress’ irresponsible actions to this point. Doesn’t it sound reasonable to change our actions toward functional and viable outcomes?
Our immigration-inflated population and extravagant resource- devouring society must return to balance. Homeostasis of our economy and demographics! Americans decry limits; however, denial of their reality will assuredly burst the balloon of our inflated civilization. Limits exist! Face them now or feel them later!

Illegal Alien drug smuggler sends BP Agent to prison fro 10 years
With 25 letters of commendation, two awards, and nine years of service to the Prince Georges County Police Department in Maryland, Stephanie Mohr does not sound like an officer who should be spending years in jail away from her young son, Adam. Unfortunately, this is already Mohrs fifth year of a prison sentence that she does not deserve. With your help though, we can get this innocent officer out of jail and reunited with her son.
This is the last chance that we have to help Stephanie.
In September of 1995, Mohr was on patrol with her police dog Valk. She was patrolling Takoma Park, an area that had been known to have many recent burglaries. When Mohr and her partner, Sergeant Anthony Delozier, got a call for backup from an officer who had spotted two men on the roof of a nearby store, they knew they may have found the criminals.
Ricardo Mendez and Herrera Cruz were the two suspects who were ordered to get down and face the wall. Mendez then made a move that looked as if he were about to flee the scene.
As Mohr had been trained to do in this type of situation, she released her canine. Valk, the police dog, was trained to perform the police departments standard bite and hold and that is exactly what he did. The dog bit Mendez on the leg and held him there until the officers could apprehend him.
Mendez and Herrera were convicted of 4th degree burglary and were then deported. The two illegally re-entered the U.S. again and were arrested for selling crack cocaine. They were then deported a second time.
Stephanie was relieved that she had gotten these two criminals off of our streets and back to their country.
She soon gave birth to her son Adam and was a proud mother.
Unfortunately, her joy did not last very long. Five years after this incident and one day before the statue of limitations was set to expire, Mohr was indicted by the U.S Department of Justice.
Looking for cases of police brutality the U.S Department of Justice indicted Stephanie and two fellow officers charging them with conspiracy charges and violating Ricardo Mendezs civil rights.
At the trial, Officer Mohr was found not guilty of conspiracy. A hung jury, voting 11 to 1 in favor of Mohr failed to reach a unanimous verdict on the civil right charges.
The prosecutor sought a retrial that was held in 2001. The trial was scheduled even though the jurors from the first trial said that the case lacked merit. At this trial the prosecution convinced the jury that Mohr had released her canine on innocent minority citizens.
In this second trial, the judge allowed prejudicial testimony into evidence that Mohr had used racial epithets in making a prior arrest using her canine. The charges did not start out as racial but the prosecutors needed to do something desperate to save their case. This questionable evidence should not have been allowed into the courtroom.The jury was stacked with minorities who would be sympathetic with illegal immigrants. The government even flew Mendez back into the U.S. at taxpayer expense. They did this in order to have Mendez testify against Mohr despite the fact that he was a convicted felon.Because of the racial tactics the prosecution had to use to save their failing case, Stephanie was convicted of a federal criminal rights violation and given a maximum 10-year prison sentence. Stephanie is now serving her fifth year of the ten year prison sentence.This is the fifth year that she has had to spend away from her son Adam. She has missed so many important days in her sons life like birthdays and holidays because of this prison sentence she does not deserve. Stephanie has not lost hope though. She has faith in the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund. We are doing everything we can to help Mohr. We have appealed the trial Courts decision denying Stephanie a new trial to the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in Richmond, Virginia.Last month we filed our request for a Commutation of Sentence to President George W. "President-elect Obama’s selection of a labor secretary who has steadfastly opposed protecting American workers from the impact of millions of illegal aliens in our labor force is yet another blow to hard-working families who desperately need those jobs. Both in Congress and as a member of the California Legislature, Hilda Solis has vigorously opposed efforts to institute and enforce laws against employing illegal aliens.
"If confirmed, Rep. Solis will assume the helm of the Department of Labor at a time when American workers face the worst crisis in generations. The U.S. economy has lost 1.25 million jobs during the last three months, and that crisis is likely to be exacerbated as the effects of the announced Chrysler shut-down ripple across the economy.
"The Department of Labor has a critical role to play in developing and enforcing a system that holds all employers accountable for ensuring that the workers they hire are legally entitled to work in the U.S., in addition to ensuring that wage and safety standards are enforced. Created a new H-2C guest worker visa, adding between 400,000 and 600,000 new foreign guest workers. These workers would have been permitted to apply for permanent residency.
Allowed employers to layoff American workers in order to hire H-2C workers.
Doubled the number of employment-based immigration visas.
Other key votes relating to the interests of American workers included:
Support for allowing illegal aliens to collect Social Security benefits.
Opposition to REAL ID Act necessary to prevent illegal aliens from using fake IDs to gain employment.

SENATE BILL S. 2433 - THE GLOBAL POVERTY ACT

This bill, sponsored by none other than Sen. The noble sounding name of this bill, 'The Global Poverty Act' is actually a Global Tax, payable to the United Nations that will be required of all American taxpayers. According to Senator Obama, we should establish these United Nations' goals as benchmarks for U.S. spending.
What are they?

2. A standing United Nations Army forcing U.S. soldiers to serve under U.N. command.
3. A Gun Ban on all small arms and light weapons–which would repeal our Second Amendment right to bear arms.
4. The ratification of the ' Kyoto ' global warming treaty and numerous other anti-American measures.
Recently, the Senate Subcommittee on Foreign Relations (where Sen. Joe Biden sits) approved this plan by a voice vote without any discussion! Why all the secrecy? With Obama in office, a sympathetic Cabinet and more Democrats in Congress, supporters hope to revive a reform package next year. But the economic downturn sparks worry about protecting U.S. workers.

Immigrant advocates said Thursday that long-stalled efforts to legalize millions of illegal migrants, crack down on employers who hire them and win more family visas would be revived next year and could possibly succeed in early 2010 following sizable Democratic gains powered by record turnouts of Latino voters in the November election.
"It's another indication that immigration reform is going to be a high priority for the incoming administration," said David Mermin, a pollster with Lake Research Partners. Mermin said that the majority of Americans he surveyed for America's Voice support a comprehensive solution that would secure the borders, crack down on employers who hire illegal immigrants, and offer legalization to undocumented migrants who pay fines, learn English and meet other requirements.
But Ira Melman of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, a Washington-based restrictionist organization, said its own polling by Zogby International showed that the majority of Americans are concerned that legalizing immigrants during the economic downturn would hurt U.S. workers.
"It's going to be very, very difficult to sell this to the American people when the economy is generally in a state of collapse," Melman said.

US deports 46 percent more Mexicans and Central Americans

The United States deported more than 154,000 Mexicans and Central Americans in the 2008 fiscal year, in a 46 percent rise on the previous year, an official statement said here Thursday.
More than 212,000 were deported altogether, with almost three quarters from Mexico and Central America, according to the statement released by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the border town of McAllen, Texas.
Most -- 82,000 -- were Mexicans, many who had crossed their country's 2,000-mile (3170-kilometer) land border with the southern United States.

Biden would not automatically become president. Because Obama knowingly and with criminal intent perpetrated a fraud upon the American people when he declared his candidacy, his selection of a VP candidate would be meaningless as it was an element of the fraud. Additionally, as Edwin pointed out in his column, any legislation signed by Obama into law which brings a criminal indictment would open the flood gates to challenges. If Obama signed another one of these unconstitutional "hate crime" laws and Joe Smith is charged, he can and must use as his defense the fact that Obama is an impostor and has no authority to sign such legislation into law.

(Washington, D.C.) In response to the selection of Rep. Hilda Solis (D-Calif.) as Secretary of Labor in the Obama administration, Dan Stein, president of FAIR, issued the following statement:
"President-elect Obama’s selection of a labor secretary who has steadfastly opposed protecting American workers from the impact of millions of illegal aliens in our labor force is yet another blow to hard-working families who desperately need those jobs. Both in Congress and as a member of the California Legislature, Hilda Solis has vigorously opposed efforts to institute and enforce laws against employing illegal aliens.
"If confirmed, Rep. Solis will assume the helm of the Department of Labor at a time when American workers face the worst crisis in generations. The U.S. economy has lost 1.25 million jobs during the last three months, and that crisis is likely to be exacerbated as the effects of the announced Chrysler shut-down ripple across the economy.
"The Department of Labor has a critical role to play in developing and enforcing a system that holds all employers accountable for ensuring that the workers they hire are legally entitled to work in the U.S., in addition to ensuring that wage and safety standards are enforced. At a time when the nation is facing an unemployment crisis, we need a Labor secretary who is prepared to defend the interests of American workers, not an advocate for the rights of illegal aliens. Sadly, Rep. Solis’s record does not indicate that she will be the strong advocate desperate American workers need in their corner.
"We hope that as president, Mr. Obama will uphold the trust the voters placed in him and make protecting the jobs of American workers a top priority. With more than 10 million Americans unemployed and millions more underemployed, it is essential that the new president direct all cabinet officers to use the authority of the federal government to ensure that American jobs are filled by legal U.S. workers."
Rep. Solis’s Record in Congress
Rep. Solis was a cosponsor in 2007 of H.R. 1645, the STRIVE Act. The STRIVE Act would have granted amnesty to an estimated 12 million illegal aliens and severely undermined the interests of U.S. workers. H.R. 1645 would have:
Created a new H-2C guest worker visa, adding between 400,000 and 600,000 new foreign guest workers. These workers would have been permitted to apply for permanent residency.
Allowed employers to layoff American workers in order to hire H-2C workers.
Doubled the number of employment-based immigration visas.
Other key votes relating to the interests of American workers included:
Support for allowing illegal aliens to collect Social Security benefits.
Opposition to REAL ID Act necessary to prevent illegal aliens from using fake IDs to gain employment.
Opposition to a measure to increase funding for E-Verify program.
Support, as a member of the California Legislature, for driver’s licenses for illegal aliens.

SENATE BILL S. 2433 - THE GLOBAL POVERTY ACT

This bill, sponsored by none other than Sen. Barack Obama, with the backing of Joe Biden on the Foreign Relations Committee, and liberal democrats in Congress, is nothing short of a massive giveaway of American wealth around the world, and a betrayal of the public trust, because, if passed, this bill would give over many aspects of our sovereignty to the United Nations.
The noble sounding name of this bill, 'The Global Poverty Act' is actually a Global Tax, payable to the United Nations that will be required of all American taxpayers. If passed in the Senate, the House has already passed it; this bill would require the U.S. to increase our foreign aid by $65 BILLION per year, or $845 BILLION over the next 13 years! That's on top of the billions of dollars in foreign aid we already pay out!
In addition to the economic burdens this potential law would place on our precarious economy, the bill, if passed in the Senate, would also endanger our constitutionally protected rights and freedoms by obligating us to meet certain United Nations mandates.
According to Senator Obama, we should establish these United Nations' goals as benchmarks for U.S. spending.
What are they?
1. The creation of a U.N. International Criminal Court having the power to try and convict American citizens and soldiers without any protection from the U.S. Constitution.
2. A standing United Nations Army forcing U.S. soldiers to serve under U.N. command.
3. A Gun Ban on all small arms and light weapons–which would repeal our Second Amendment right to bear arms.
4. The ratification of the ' Kyoto ' global warming treaty and numerous other anti-American measures.
Recently, the Senate Subcommittee on Foreign Relations (where Sen. Joe Biden sits) approved this plan by a voice vote without any discussion! Why all the secrecy? If Senators Obama and Biden are so proud of this legislation, then why don't they bring it out into the light of day and let the American people have a look at it instead of hiding it behind closed doors and sneaking it through Congress for late night votes.
It may be only a matter of time before this dangerous legislation reaches a floor vote in the full body of the Senate.

With Obama in office, a sympathetic Cabinet and more Democrats in Congress, supporters hope to revive a reform package next year. But the economic downturn sparks worry about protecting U.S. workers.

Immigrant advocates said Thursday that long-stalled efforts to legalize millions of illegal migrants, crack down on employers who hire them and win more family visas would be revived next year and could possibly succeed in early 2010 following sizable Democratic gains powered by record turnouts of Latino voters in the November election.
"It's another indication that immigration reform is going to be a high priority for the incoming administration," said David Mermin, a pollster with Lake Research Partners. Mermin said that the majority of Americans he surveyed for America's Voice support a comprehensive solution that would secure the borders, crack down on employers who hire illegal immigrants, and offer legalization to undocumented migrants who pay fines, learn English and meet other requirements.
But Ira Melman of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, a Washington-based restrictionist organization, said its own polling by Zogby International showed that the majority of Americans are concerned that legalizing immigrants during the economic downturn would hurt U.S. workers.
"It's going to be very, very difficult to sell this to the American people when the economy is generally in a state of collapse," Melman said.

US deports 46 percent more Mexicans and Central Americans

The United States deported more than 154,000 Mexicans and Central Americans in the 2008 fiscal year, in a 46 percent rise on the previous year, an official statement said here Thursday.
More than 212,000 were deported altogether, with almost three quarters from Mexico and Central America, according to the statement released by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the border town of McAllen, Texas.
Most -- 82,000 -- were Mexicans, many who had crossed their country's 2,000-mile (3170-kilometer) land border with the southern United States.

Biden would not automatically become president. Because Obama knowingly and with criminal intent perpetrated a fraud upon the American people when he declared his candidacy, his selection of a VP candidate would be meaningless as it was an element of the fraud. Additionally, as Edwin pointed out in his column, any legislation signed by Obama into law which brings a criminal indictment would open the flood gates to challenges. If Obama signed another one of these unconstitutional "hate crime" laws and Joe Smith is charged, he can and must use as his defense the fact that Obama is an impostor and has no authority to sign such legislation into law.

What blows me away stems from the fact that men such as John Hickenlooper collaborate with area businesses that caused unemployment that leads to homelessness in the first place. Why is that?

How do 500,000 illegal aliens remain in Colorado? How do they get away with breaking the law? How does such miscarriage of justice continue in light of the poverty it creates in Denver for Denver citizens?
First of all, Mayor John Hickenlooper maintains a sanctuary policy for illegal aliens that allows them to enjoy immunity from arrest and deportation by making sure law enforcement cannot ascertain their immigration status. Secondly, Governor Bill Ritter refuses to enforce our stringent immigration laws passed in 2006. As a District Attorney in Denver, he gave 'agricultural trespasses' to convicted rapists and drug dealers instead of deportation orders. Thirdly, U.S. Senator Salazar, our esteemed senator, stands squarely in the corner of illegals for voting for amnesty for 20 million criminals within our country.
Even more disturbing stems from area hospitals going broke from servicing babies born via illegal alien mothers, unlimited and unpaid care for illegals, schools paying for breakfast and lunch programs for illegal children and our jails filled with 7,000 illegal convicted felons at a cost of over $20 million annually.
In other words, those elected to fulfill our laws continue ignoring our laws. The result grows as Coloradan homeless, hungry and hopeless fill our soup kitchens. Not to mention that we suffer 12,000 gang members in Denver!
Not only that, illegal aliens transfer $80 billion in cash annually back to their own countries. That takes our money out of circulation in our country. Mexico alone enjoys $24 billion from illegally employed migrants in our country. Those Colorado employers don't pay taxes as they employ illegals under the table in cash payments. This tangled web of anarchy affects all of us who pay legal taxes.
By looking at what we face as to our job losses nation-wide, home foreclosures and the bailout fiasco, you might multiply Colorado's 500,000 illegals by a factor of 20 million illegals—to see why our nation fails to serve its own citizens. We lost 573,000 jobs in November according to George Bush on NBC last night.
Can you imagine if we enforced our laws and 20 million illegals vacated this country so that we could employ all those unemployed?
Yet men like Obama, Hickenlooper, Ritter and Salazar keep being promoted to larger and more devastating work against our own citizens, against our own Constitution, our laws, our culture and our language. As long as they disregard our laws and we keep electing them—how can we expect to find work for our homeless, hungry and hopeless?
Expect more tear-jerker stories in the future! Expect amnesty proposals that will devastate our country with millions of illegal aliens from around the world. It can only get worse if we don't stop it by raising our voices.
